The person who selects an intensity and fades is going to get the same result as everybody else - which is slower than the result they want. You feel like you are flying, but you're actually holding the same pace. It feels like ou'r runing faster, but you’re not. That's the experience that every traveller athlete had, exactly. I wasn't beating people. They were beating themselves.
