Aquaprineurs - A Vision for a Global Un. Conference
The mission statement of the sea steading institute puts it plainly, to establish permanent, autonomous ocean communities. Aquaprineurs will be free to re imagine civilization as an ultra libertarian experiment. They will rapidly prototype new forms of government and determine what, if any, nods to civics or collectivism are even necessary. The quest for self sovereignty is less important as an example of apocalypse preparedness than it is an expose of the underlying ion rand pantasies of the tecalete.
