A lot of people are always interested in growing UX research at their respective companies, whether it's a consultancy or not. So the first task is to actually create the demand for the work. And then really it's defining, you know, what does UX research look like at Canon Carter? What do we call our methods? Like collectively, how do we all grow in a certain area? "What do we want the next stage of our research practice to look like?" she says.
