Playborhood - It Takes Initiative

In his book, playborhood, he describes in different chapters what some other communities haveot that are quite different from his community. He describes a example of a housing project where people are below the poverty line and parents are reluctant to allow their children out. So if it takes initiative, what wherever you live, i think you can figure out some way to do it. But it may take initiative. You might have to get together with other neighbors.
