T.S. Eliot had a Unitarian upbringing and he later said that Unitarianism is the mattress that Christians fall on when they're falling out of Christian faith. Chesterton would just say well modernism they're just bragging about being in the mode right now might as well call it Mondayism or morningism yeah right. You can see this in his work the idea of how rampant materialism is around him and wanting to find a whimsical answer not just for those around him but really for himself. Lewis that he loved him despite the fact that he was Christianity I think and once again he said his common sense.
