De Growth Isn't Just a Utopian Utopia

The richest half of the world, high in upper middle income countries, emit 86 % of global c o two. The richer the nation is, the more it emits with very few exceptions. Wealth is so much more of a factor in omissions than population. Abolishing planned obsolescence could be pretty easily pitched to the average person. Cutting down on the number of people who have to commute could have a significant impact on toxic car culture.
