TSMC's Concerns About Chinese Subsidies in the Foundational Space

I think there's a lot of concern about Chinese subsidies in foundational, I'll call it that. If you look at the capacity build out in China, it is dramatic. The chips that are eventually produced from those new facilities will be sold at below market rates. And so then the question is, will anyone buy them?
