When all my children were born. i have body mapped my children so that i know where every single birthmark is up to the point that it was decent for me to see them naked. And you can see the characteristics that i might cho s to describe myself in terms of my physicality. And if you do that for yourself, you start to actually look at yourself slightly differently. So that the extremes of identity come to people who work within this field. There are a few species around the world who recognize self, but nobody more so than the human we invented the mirrors. We care how we look. We care whether we're fat or thin. We care about the colour of our eyes
