John Rolls - The Philosopher That Justifies the Welfare State

John rolls has been referenced by politicians, but they're not usually libertarian or conservative politicians. The interesting thing about that is how little influence rolls has among politicians. He's a liberal galetarian in the sense that he's a big believer in social insurance and public ownership of some of the means of production. In this later restatement of his position and justice's fairness,  he actually says more clearly than in the theory of justice, that the welfare state is actually unjust.
