The Complex Model of Emotion
There was five emotions happy sad excited relaxed and bored. So out of this five motion to our positive to our negative. Board is a negative emotion but low in intensity and I'm sad is the extreme end of emotion. The measure of positive emotions high balances high positive low. Is how intensely you felt it right.
