The Importance of Writing Policy for Institutions
The ones that are supposed to be implementing those policies? No, they're not reading it. But the ones that are funding it, they're reading it because they want to make sure that word for word, it privileges their institution. There's certain English standards and not to say that we don't understand English. Some brilliant people from the deep south that are able to understand. When it comes to the all part about translating it, contextualizing it, it doesn't resonate. It doesn't gel.
