R w e is one of the biggest industrial polluters, according to a 20 14 study. The case has been filed in germany because it's all being done under german law. So what dos saw have to prove in order to win his case? There are two main tests. He needs to show that his home is at significant and imminent risk of flooding. And they need to show a kind of causal link between the pollution h r w e emitted and climate change. A decision could be made by judges this year or early next year.
