The Impact of GHC on the Core Language
GHC is very much a moving target because it's developed actively maintained and you get all kinds of new features like linear types or who knows what, right? And then how does this impact trying to keep this tool alive while other people are kind of in your way all the time? Well, it's not actually that bad. I think if you read the papers and I think other GHC contributors, their blog posts, they try to keep the core language kind of stable.
