The Importance of Collaborative Defense in a Politically Motivated Prosecution

I am concerned that we might be seeing some arrests and charges that are a little more unhinged than we've seen in a while. So this isn't new, but it may be new to a newer generation of activists. I think people on both sides of the attorney-client relationship could benefit from considering that there are some maybe important and time tested methods of working to mount a collaborative defense against politically motivated prosecution.
