Are You Too Good Too Soon?
I don't know the counterfactuals for sure, but I don't think so. So it's really interesting to me that if you're too good at something, you're going to really screw you up in the long run. People usually don't do it because of what psychologists call the sunk cost fallacy. There's just an aversion to changing. And so in this kind of wider world of work that continual altering yourself is a really important thing.
