Turnkey Investing - Passive Income Is Not a Euphemism for Free Money
If you want to set up a system that is as passive as possible, then direct ownership of properties that are managed by a property management company is probably the most. If you take on any other strategy, whether that's wholesaling, flipping syndication deals, even turnkey investing, like people are attracted to it because it seems on the surface like it would be less work. But what they're really thinking is that it seem on the surfacelike it's a get out of due diligence free card. And it is not.
