Why Not Deliberately and Consciously Develop Yourself?

If you have a limiting belief, write it down and then repeat it 50 times a day for the next 100 days. Repeat an affirmation with an emotion behind it that's positive and constructive to activate motivational center of your brain. If I'm reinforcing it, because my brain wants to conserve energy, it overrides the old software - which now changes my perception. And I'm going to start behaving differently.
