How to Be a Connector in a Tough Situation

Being a connector is about making that direct connection, being really honest, asking good questions and then helping people build their networks. To me, culture is basically the norms that a group of people have around the how of how they work together. And I think this needs to be carefully cultivated as a manager because you'll go to have a culture regardless of whether it's intentional or not.
