How to Be a Better Runner
The people that seem to do better were more controlled with their breathing all the way up to the end. The people who tended to do worse, and this could be just purely from practice, these people tended to be higher level athletes. So when it gets really hard, yes, the world's gonna drop. But I think trying to regulate a little bit is a fairly safe way of looking at how you get some of this stuff.
