I feel like we're starting to see the green shoots of what this bear market is and having passed it. The builder market in general is one that's sort of opaque and rule of law, you know, up until this point hasn't necessarily been applied to mev. There was a great thread from the sec out AI something but basically questioning whether or not if you were a builder that had access to essentially order flow and you were trading using that information does that constitute material, non public information and then PI and then is it insider trading? I doubt they pull out of the builder market ingeneral, but they probably have to retool some of their strategies. It'll just have to be
