Can Doctor Chambers Be Trusted?

Doctor chambers is concerned by some of the geologic dence, a geologic evidence that includes the remnants of an extinct, shape shifting alien civilization. He urges that the colony be moved or even evacuated. There's a great fake out beginning where a couple of characters appear to be looking out o window, and then they see the sky fills with these shimmering auroras. And you think, oh no, are our main characters going to be killed right at the beginning? But no, it turns out it is a simulation they're looking at.
