Is There a Basic Income Guarantee?

We can do it with tot inside of our current structures and framework. None of these proposals i pump new dollars uto the economy. And so they don't necessarily cause a lot of inflation, because you're not talking about new dollars in the economy. The second question is, will a basic income guarantee discourage people from work? And at this point, a basic income has been piloted in a lot of different environments, and all of the evidence is to the contrary.
