I could have sworn that Joe Biden gave his dog away. There are good cat owners. I do not think there's a good cat. Cats are disgusting. If a cat shoots a gun at somebody, put it in a canvas bag and throw it in a swimming pool. For crying out loud, the owner shouldn't be charged. The cat should be euthanized.
