How to Make a Beer That's Unique to Your State
Tim: We're really trying to take a pointed approach and then isolate you know one unique yeast local to the state. that's where some more traditional microbiology techniques kind of come into play. The other selection and cultivation processes were swabbing raw materials so if there was something larger that we wouldn't be able to kind of collect we could swab slugs, Tim says.
