The Nimby School of Government Doesn't Work

I don't believe many times when a community leader or one community group says something, they speak for the community. There are plenty of folks who oppose having charter schools in their neighborhood. But at a certain point, if you always stopped a project or didn't proceed with a plan because there were certain people who opposed it, nothing would ever happen. I guarantee you, there was nothing in this city where you're going to find union in need of opinion.
