The Digital Ministry of Transformation in Ukraine
Mikhail O'Federov is the only minister that kept his position since 2018. He was 28 when he took his position and now he is 32. His task is to make sure there is less bureaucracy to help more drone manufacturers, says Alexander Nekrassov. Thanks to him Ukraine has 12 drone assault companies with about 65 soldiers in each.
