How Did You Get Your First Three Participants Free?
Being part of the culture and speaking the language was kind of like a double edge situation for me, a positive and negative. I had to adjust my protocol and recruitment to participants who either worked in mixed gender companies or were educated in the west. So i definitely continuously adjusted my style because i continuously learned about my population, on my participants needs. And then there was also these situations with opposite genders, like one i would be doing an interview with a male identifying participant.
