What's Got to Change?

I think what's got to change is the distance between you and I are used to living in a very flat world. Meanwhile you have these organizations from the 20th century which are very you know mass organization is deeply hierarchical well that doesn't work it just doesn't work anymore. They're too slow for the internet age they're too cumbersome they don't gather enough information and they're too easy targets. So I think you need to flatten government I Think you need to make it faster.
