The War Between the European Central Bank and the Federal Reserve

Tom Longo says the federal reserve and European central banks are in some sort of war over digital currencies. The trend in this country right now, as far as he can tell, is that more and more states are passing legal tender laws. Wyoming just passed a law that makes any payment of state taxes in specie in silver or gold bullion legal tender.
