How Can We Minimize the Ten % Negative Experiences?
The focus has to be on how can we minimize these extraneous situations? If one out of ten experiences is negative, that's a great golden ratio as a bench mark. What you really need to do is never have tragic moments. That's why there aren't that many successful businesses. And the way you do that is by embracing boredom. Is by embracing process, embracing that it's not going to be new every day. The fact that customers will always be dissatisfied gives you an endless stream of things to improve on. I hope some of this resinated with you. You shouldn't take it away from people who give us ideas for improvement.
