The first contact that these guys made was on August 13th of 2016. They sent out a Twitter from, you know, at Shadow Brokers with an extra S on the end. It wasn't really as big of an uproar or interested to really pop until journalists started writing about it. The ones that were most interesting to me were some of the older stuff.
