Are You Going to Be Fine?

The Lord doesn't want us to just sit and endure the right way, he says. And we know from actual documents in Babylon that these families who retain their names and retain their identity as members of the House of Israel had marriage contracts. There's all sorts of things that archeologically we can look at them and say, yeah, these are Jews living in exile and they're doing exactly what the Lord commands them to do. They're flourishing where they're planted. What a beautiful concept to then lift where you stand with whatever circumstances you have around you.
