Is It Worth to Punish the Murderer?

Murders do not get the same attention as head of state being shot and obviously law is not equal right your value comes from who you are the framework in which you exist it is simply death right. Everything becomes political dividend and outrage and anger is not uniform and homogenous across the board I think that is what the instance were talking about in India at least in the I think they were so aware of this they didn't simply said do not kill because the new killing is going to happen and therefore they did not give this simple injection.
