Should Sales Leaders Have Different Conversations?
Gon: Sales leaders need to look at their data and quantify the hidden costs. A lead is basically any email address that you can collect that could potentially buy from you. In a lot of companies, it doesn't even matter if they work in te count that couldn't b o you. How much marketing dollars do you have making phone calls to people that don't want toe from you? And then try and make some levelof a calculation about what it's costing you to run these programmes. It typically illuminates that we should stop doing this.
