The Russian Threat in the Baltic States

The Russian threat will persist for the foreseeable future, and it will likely get worse. The Russians are taking so many casualties right now that they'll try to reconstitute their forces over the next several years. They'll be looking to China for help in doing that. We expect a significant increase in gray zone or asymmetric attacks when this war in Ukraine starts to settle down somewhat.
