Most companies, I'll be honest, most recruiters that I speak to, when they hear the word PSL, they're like, fuck that. So what you wish you would have done sooner is actually have more bigger accounts that you work really hard to get onto the PSL with and then do everything that you can to maximise those relationships. The actual prospecting piece as part of the BD takes a lot longer than the actual execution in terms of actually calling the managers or emailing. It probably takes a now and a half, maybe a day, to do the actual prospecting, make sure you're targeting the right people.
