The driver and n and the female passewere both totally focused on what was going on. As far as i'm concerned, he made a decision that when you hit him first. I mean, it wasn't like, you know, this was a double warmy, because he hit him full ot on to his hood. Another witness entered the scene just before this point. He had just driven his own car into a nearby parking garage and walked out onto the street.
