The American System of Secrecy

i don't know how you can have a system of secrecy even if you raise the threshold for what qualifies which i'm absolutely on board with where you leave enough room for whistleblowers or the press to determine on the basis of their own judgement what counts and what doesn't. I would prefer that we had more openness and less secrecy and i'm willing to accept a level of harm or risk in that direction. Where are you on julian assange?
