The Role of Cloth Jeans in Sleep

We think that by exercising, you are just tired and you can sleep. But what is the molecular definition of being tired? So that's what we are thinking. What their group did was we have what we call cloth jeans. They made a trick in that way only in the muscle, they had a clock. Not in the brain, not anywhere else, only muscle clock. And to their surprise these mice could go to sleep and wake up like a regular mouse. It's as if the muscle clock is in control of sleep, wake cycle.
