"I think all human beings have been selected for let's call it energy conservation, right? Like let's do the easy thing because that would be dumb not to. So we're just lazy and we also it's really nice when you give us an excuse to be lazy," Popper says. "It can be true that nudges work and that nudges are a good thing ... But both of those things can coexist."
