In a small business, rold, you got to be reasonable to man. No one's going to pay you 100 x of the cash flow. Be certain of yourself before you pay too much for the business. A hedge fund manager and a home office manager worked directly with each other last year. It was kind of neat to see how they operate at that level. You know, when you're negotiating across the table from someone that's got a hundred mill in their bank account to deploy, you're goingto learn some things.
