Treatment involves using a laser that is fairly high intensity in its very tiny spot size. He's doing 30 joules per centimeter squared. So it does take quite a bit of time for this, for being such a low power laser. Since 2005, we've had much more powerful lasers come in and now you could do a treatment like this where you can cover all of this zone in about 15, 20, 30 seconds if you want to.
