The Power of Vulnerability

You can't be a great leader without being a vulnerable leader. Jesus was never afraid of being taken advantage of, even when he was sold for some silver. The greatest displays of strength always involve the greatest moments of vulnerability. Better to reach many being vulnerable and be taken advantage of by a few than to reach a few without being vulnerable and not be takenadvantage of by any.
