To be conscious is to be responsive. consciousness is being here now in a non triggered, non reactive way,. able to respond to this creative, improvisational moment. We define leadership as someone who is willing to take responsibility for the influence they 're having in the world. With that definition, you know, many of us are leaders, but not many of us taking radical responsibility for the impact we're having.
