Do You Need a Survey to Assess Risks in Your Organization?

Do we need our assessment tools to differ from ongoing monitoring tools? A separate survey for insuring that buff is the reffective? I've got some thoughts on this, but i won't let someone else jump in first. You can probably move to shorter, pulse type surveys more regularly than just a big one every three years. There seems to be more of the movement towards yono o skilling ocinis professionals.
