The Importance of Spiritual Abuse

I think the Camino just kind of forced that upon us. We can't talk about broken bodies because that's oppressive for broken bodies except we go in these circles of not being able to engage really powerful stories and narratives, metaphors or ways of being in the world. And my own research is in spiritual abuse, which is, you know, yeah, it's immediate. These are, there are these well worn sort of ruts, you might say, in the human psyche and in human social community,. They're very powerful and they can be used for great good and they could be abused for great ill.
