Sexual Self-Awareness and Self-Discovery
I like to reframe that in sexual self-awareness sexual self-discovery because I believe that your body is yours and just as you would want to understand any other part of your body how it functions and works right understanding your clitoral glands, genitalia the internal G-spot prostate gland all of that is such a remarkable piece of femininity. So much of our capacity to love is to also accept ourselves now we learn to accept ourselves in part through loving and in accepting ourselves we also become better at loving so there's a reciprocity in these two realities but I think it's also true with sexuality. We don't should do anything with our sexuality that makes us selfish self preoccupied
