Utilitarianism

In utilitarianism, an action is right or wrong based on the consequences it engenders. But when you actually look at bentham and mill's analysis of things like how judges should judge particular actions that people take in he really takes into account what people think is going to happen. So this cond of consequentialism is not as silly as its critics make it sound y though.
