How were you talking, listening, asking, pulling this conversational data or insight to actually be able to understand how to kind of navigate and move around as you move forward? She says companies just have not prioritized it for whatever reason or because there's big data available to us. Kohn: So based on the hypothesis we had developed for who might buy this thing, and it wasn't even clear what this thing was at the time.
