The Biden Administration's Decision to Stay Miffer-Pristone Approval

It's not clear whether he could actually order the fda through something like an injunction to begin the process of reversing their own approval of miffer-pristone so what he did is use the remedy a stay to essentially like place on hold indefinitely and remove any you know effect from the fda's original approval. The federal government the biden administration has filed a motion in the district court of washington asking that court to provide some additional clarity about what its injunction means where it relates to the order in the texas case.
